The Libyan Investment Authority loses a lawsuit in London

Libyan Cloud News Agency – London

The High Court in London has rejected the appeal filed by the Libyan Investment Authority against a foreign partner because of lack of evidence.

The Libyan Investment Authority filed a lawsuit against Roger Milner King claiming that both sides participated in 2007-2009 in a joint venture to build and develop two plots of land as a hotel in north London, England.

The Libyan Investment Authority claimed that the two plots were bought for £21m but after audit and review, their real price is £2.35m.
