Approximately 80 sheep died in Al-Haraba

Approximately 80 sheep in Al-Haraba town have died after eating contaminated fodder.

The Agricultural Police, in cooperation with the security services in town, arrested a truck owner selling animal feed, after a complaint from sheep breeders.

The Director of the Veterinary Services Department at the National Center for Animal Health, Dr. Abdel-Ati Abu Hamra, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the fodder was poisoned with insecticide.
