The new head of the National Oil Corporation takes office

The new head of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Farhat bin Qadara, announced Thursday his assumption of his duties from the headquarters of NOC in Tripoli.

In a press conference, Qadara said that he will work on the return of oil exports within a week, adding that his work will be with the highest standards of transparency to disclose revenues and expenditures.

Bin Qadara stressed that his priority will be to focus on activating governance systems and complying with the oil law, assuring the foreign partner to abide by all the pledges and agreements signed with them.
