The United States commended the continued progress of JMC

The US Ambassador and Special Envoy to Libya, Richard Norland, said that his country applauds the continued progress of the 5+5  Joint Military Committee (JMC)  in implementing the ceasefire agreement, including the important consultations in Cairo with neighboring countries on the implementation of the action plan for the withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign fighters from Libya.

Norland wished the JMC well in its ongoing regional discussions and thanked the United Nations Support Mission in Libya for facilitating this process.
