The Presidential Council and the Embassy of the Netherlands in Libya discussed cooperation

The Humanitarian Affairs Adviser at the Presidential Council, Maha bin Khalifa, and the Director of the Local Government and Elections Office in the Council, Abdul-Baset Godan, held a meeting in Tripoli with the Deputy Ambassador of the Netherlands in Libya, Gabriëlle Metz.

Both sides discussed cooperation between the Presidential Council and the Netherlands in humanitarian fields.

The Presidential Council officials stressed the need to work effectively in this field, in order to reach results that directly contribute to the success of the national reconciliation project, which aims to stabilize Libya and paves the way for holding the elections next December.
