The Pan-African Parliament calls for the withdrawal of foreign forces from Libya

The political advisor to the Pan-African Parliament, Moustapha El Gendy, called on the international community and the United Nations Security Council to accelerate the implementation of the call of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, António Guterres, to evacuate all foreign forces from Libya.
El Gendy stressed in a statement that the support for this call is the only way to restore stability and security in Libya.
He welcomed the agreement of members of the Libyan Constitutional Committee in Hurghada to go to a referendum on the draft constitution, which he considered the best solution for resolving the legal controversy over the constitutional path in preparation for holding the elections scheduled for the end of this year.
