The new French ambassador to Libya arrives in Tripoli

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Manqoush, received the new French ambassador to Libya, Mostafa Mihraje, in Tripoli on Wednesday.

Both sides discussed the latest political situations in Libya and ways to enhance cooperation between the two countries.

Al-Manqoush commended the role of France and its support to Libya through the Paris Conference. For his part, the French ambassador announced the imminent opening of the French embassy in Libya to work from Tripoli to facilitate the granting of visas to Libyan citizens.
