The government of stability holds the first cabinet meeting in Sabha

The prime minister-designate from the House of Representatives, Fathi Bashagha, and his government ministers arrived in the city of Sabha on Thursday to hold the first cabinet meeting.

The spokesman for the government known as “the government of stability”, Othman Abdul-Jalil, said that the meeting is devoted to discussing the government’s program and the public budget.

He explained that the meeting in Sabha comes just before the government assumes its work from its headquarters in Tripoli.

He expressed the government’s commitment to peaceful options to take over power in accordance with the law.
