HNEC releases the preliminary list of candidates for the presidential elections

The High National Elections Commission (HNEC) published on Wednesday the preliminary list of candidates for the presidential elections, which included 73 candidates.

The HNEC stated that the appeal period against the HNEC’s procedures and decisions starts on Wednesday and continues up to 12 days.
