Bani Walid Municipality disburses compensation to war-affected people

The Municipal Council of Bani Walid has begun disbursing the second installment of the third set of compensation for the owners of the damaged houses during the February 2011 events and the 2012 war in Bani Walid.

A member of the municipal committee in charge of the disbursement, Muammar Imhemmed, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the efforts of the Municipal Council of Bani Walid helped in the disbursement of compensation.

He noted that the committee will continue receiving the files of the affected citizens to prepare their compensation.
