A meeting to discuss the return of Korean companies to Libya held in Tripoli

The Director of the Asian and Australian Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ahmed Al-Naas, met on Wednesday with the Ambassador of South Korea to Libya, Lee Sang-soo.

During the meeting, which was held at the Ministry’s headquarters in Tripoli, both sides discussed a number of files of common interest, including the activation of the joint committee, strengthening relations between the two countries, reopening the Korean embassy in Tripoli, and activating the consular section there to provide visas and necessary services to Libyan citizens.

They also discussed the return of Korean companies to complete their stalled projects in Libya as soon as possible.
