Reviving International Day for Elimination of Violence against Women

Al-Naseem Community Development in cooperation with the Libyan Academy commemorated the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on Sunday in Misrata – under the slogan “Without exception, no violence against women and girls”.

The program was attended by civil society activists, academics, researchers and psychologists. They discussed a number of themes on psychosocial support for women, the social dimensions of violence against women, the legal protection of battered women and the nature of men and women.
