International Day of Disabled Persons celebrated in Tripoli

Al-Nour Association for the Blind celebrated on Thursday the International Day of Disabled Persons, which falls on December 3 of each year.

The head of women’s affairs at Al-Nour Association, Iman Ghania, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the celebration program included success stories narrated by blind persons and how they managed to challenge this disability.

It also included a small exhibition of handicrafts prepared by the students of the association.
