Food baskets for the displaced in the city of Zawia

The Libyan Red Crescent (LRC) received a number of food baskets containing basic materials, water and cleaning materials. A member of the crisis committee in the Red Crescent branch Zawia, Mohammed Al-Sifao, told #Libyan_Cloud_News_Agency , the Committee received displaced families from areas of clashes, mostly from Khallet al-Furjan and Ain Zara after the outbreak of recent events in Tripoli. The system to register displaced families was set in place. In the first week of this war, 140 families were received. Till now 500 families were received, their needs increased. Now, private companies are providing food baskets for these families, too.
