Fire destroys thousands of palm trees in Tazirbu

A massive fire has destroyed thousands of palm trees in Ein neighbourhood in Tazirbu town, south-eastern Libya.

Local journalist, Kharisi Gishgish, said that the town has only one fire engine which made it difficult to put out the fire.

Tazirbu is known for producing high-quality dates.
