Association of Friends of the Disabled organizes workshop on legislation

A workshop entitled “The rights of persons with disabilities in comparison with local legislation and legislation of neighboring countries” was organized at Sabha Culture House.

The workshop was organized by the Association of Friends with Disabilities and in collaboration with an association for the rule of law and the management of persons with disabilities.

This workshop targets people with disabilities and activists in civil society organizations, and aims to make recommendations for persons with disabilities. The chairman of the Association of Friends of the Disabled, Ahmed Baraka, says that one of the most important objectives of the workshop is to reflect the law of this category and to make recommendations to amend some legislation and laws on persons with disabilities.
