Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 16

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Sunday, August 16, 2923 blood samples. The center confirmed that 2489 samples have tested negative for Covid-19 and 434 samples tested positive.

The center confirmed that 39 patients have recovered from the disease and nine others have died.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 153

Recovery: 933

Isolation: 7086

Total infections: 8172
