A ceremony was held at the Academy of Maritime Studies in Sidi Bilal area of ​​Janzour, Tripoli, on the occasion of the start of studies after more than 10 years of suspension.

The ceremony was opened with a speech by the commander of the academy, followed by a military parade of combat and rescue skills.
