Olive harvesting season started in Bani Walid

The residents of Bani Walid town have begun to harvest their olive trees.
Family members gather in all the valleys and farms of town from early morning until sunset, hoping that this harvest season will be better than the previous seasons.
One of the farmers, Abdullah Al-Fiqhi, said that there are some families hiring workers to harvest the olive trees in exchange for an olive oil share or for a daily financial fee.
He added that the olive harvesting season is considered a collective wedding in which all the people of the city participate, indicating that the olive trees in the valleys of Bani Walid are best types in the town.
