NOC resumes production at El Feel oilfield

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) announced that resumption of oil production at El Feel oilfield, in the southwest of the country, after a hiatus of about three months.
The NOC indicated that the initial production rates exceeded 40,000 barrels per day, noting that production will gradually increase after placing all the wells on production until it reaches its normal rates of 70,000 barrels per day.
El Feel oilfield is a joint venture with the Italian company Eni.
