NOC Chairman receives the Deputy Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Libya

The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, held a meeting with the Deputy Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Libya, Kate English, in Tripoli on Monday.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways of strengthening cooperation and investment between the NOC and British energy companies.

Sanallah reviewed the various activities of the NOC and its companies, and the challenges faced by the oil sector in light of the scarcity of financial resources.

He stressed that despite the difficult circumstances that the oil sector faces, the NOC will not hesitate to assume its responsibilities in maintaining production rates to support the country’s economy.
