Libyan and Italian discussion to develop the telecommunications infrastructure in Libya

The Chairman of the Telecommunications Holding Company, Hussein Al-Taweelb, held a meeting with the Chargé d’Affairs at the Italian Embassy in Libya to review cooperation between both countries to develop the telecommunications infrastructure in Libya.

The meeting, which was held in Tripoli last Wednesday, discussed ways of strengthening cooperation and partnership with Italian companies in the field of communications and technology, as well as evaluating the current partnership agreements.

The two sides stressed the need to open new horizons for development and investment, and to develop the infrastructure of the telecommunications sector in Libya.
