CBL and USAID discuss cooperation

The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL) Al-Siddiq Al-Kabeer and his accompanying team met on Wednesday with the Deputy Assistant Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Andrew Plitt at the agency’s headquarters in Washington DC.

The two sides discussed the joint development programs between the Central Bank of Libya and USAID with the support of the US State Department, which include the areas of research, monetary policy, supervision of banks and financial markets, anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, communication and Transparency.
