Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 23

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Monday, August 23, 7115 blood samples. The center confirmed that 5221 samples have tested negative for COVID-19 and 1894 samples tested positive. The percentage (% 26.6).

The center confirmed that 730 patients have recovered from the disease with 23 deaths.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 4099

Recovery: 215200

Isolation: 79474

Total infections: 298773

Total number of vaccinated against Coronavirus: 1014310
