Tripoli Animation Festival started

The first edition of Tripoli Animation Festival started on Saturday at Corinthia Hotel.
The Libyan Foundation for Project Development, in cooperation with Masaha Plus Foundation, organized the festival, which will last for two days.
30 artists, illustrators, amateurs and specialists in the animation graphics took part in the festival.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Libyan Foundation for Project Development, Mohamed Al-Khalil, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the festival aims to discover talents in the animation industry, and to create a space for communication with all institutions interested in this type of art.
He expressed hope that the outcome of the festival will have a positive impact on everyone, and that the participants will have a fingerprint that contributes to economic change and the animation industry.
19-year-old artist Zubaida Ibrahim, from Sabha, said that the festival is an opportunity for her to highlight her paintings and drawings, in addition to meeting with artists and experts in this field.
