Latest update of COVID-19 infections in Libya – August 17

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The National Center for Disease Control analyzed on Tuesday, August 17, 8313 blood samples. The center confirmed that 5988 samples have tested negative for COVID-19 and 2325 samples tested positive. The percentage (% 28).

The center confirmed that 860 patients have recovered from the disease with 12 deaths.

It also released the latest update of the coronavirus infections in the country as following:

Deaths: 3968

Recovery: 209411

Isolation: 75840

Total infections: 289219

Total number of vaccinated against Coronavirus: 889957
