Al-Dabaiba attended a ceremony on activating the national spatial data infrastructure project

The General Information Authority held a ceremony on Tuesday to activate a number of projects, in the presence of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Al-Dabaiba, and some government ministers.

Addressing the attendees, Al-Dabaiba stressed the importance of information and technical projects for the state, calling for the need to update Law No. 4 of 1993 regarding the information sector.

For his part, the head of the Information Authority, Abdul-Baset Al-Baour, explained that the authority will start activating the sixth national report on human development, as well as the national spatial data infrastructure project, which has been suspended since 2009.
