The Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs held a meeting with government media offices

The Minister of State for Communication and Political Affairs, Walid Allafi, held his first meeting with media offices of the ministries, agencies, institutions and bodies affiliated with government.

During the meeting, the participants discussed how to increase efforts between government media offices in order to enhance communication services between the government and the community.

Allafi told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that government communication is part of the basic tasks that the government is supposed to undertake, saying the meeting aims to clarify the idea of ​​government communication and its aims.

He added that the government can give accurate information and make positive contact with people, noting that the task of government communication takes a long time to achieve.

Allafi explained that a mobile application will be available soon and it will contain government news and important reminders for citizens. It will also provide access to the decisions issued by the government, in addition to opinions and votes.
