Libyan oil production contributes to the rise in global oil supplies to 92.7 million barrels per day

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Tripoli

The International Energy Agency (IEA) announced on Tuesday that non-OPEC producers are in the process of increasing production to 400.000 barrels per day in 2021 after a decrease of 1.3 million barrels per day in 2020.

IEA confirmed that refinery consumption of crude decreased by nearly one million barrels per day in October due to shutdowns resulting from maintenance work and hurricanes, according to Reuters news agency.

IEA stated that global oil supplies rose to 1.5 million barrels per day in November to 92.7 million barrels per day thanks to the recovery in America and Libyan production.
