The epidemiological situation in Bani Walid is catastrophic

A member of the Coronavirus Control Committee in Bani Walid, Mohamad Abu Al-Niran, sent an urgent call to all parties and organizations to cooperate with the committee due to the high number of virus infections in the city.

Abu Al-Niran said that the epidemiological situation inside the city is catastrophic, because of lack of protective tools, medical supplies, protective clothing for the medical personnel, and PCR tests.

He confirmed that the committee called for several times on the responsible authorities including the Ministry of Health and the National Center for Disease Control, but there is no response, as he put it.

Abu Al-Niran concluded that the number of infections has reached 190 in the city.
