Tripoli Center Municipality opens sewing center

Tripoli Center Municipality has opened a training center of sewing for the residents of Sareem and Mansoura streets.

The proceeds of the training courses will go to the municipality.

The supervisor of the center, Fatima Kashlaf, declared to the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the first course was free of charge to encourage the residents to enroll.

She highlighted the importance of teaching girls the basics of sewing so that they become self-dependent.

The center has held three training courses so far with each course included 15 trainees.
