Plane carrying cash to Sabha returns to Tripoli due to bad weather

The head of the Association of Banks Yunus al-Madani said that because of clouds a plane failed to land and returned to Tripoli Wednesday evening. It carried cash of the Central Bank of Libya. The plane had 60 million Libyan dinars abord, that was dedicated to the regions of Sabha and Al-Shati.
