Benghazi Medical Center organizes seminar on Hypertension

Benghazi Medical Center held a seminar on the occasion of the International Day of Hypertension, which is held on May 17th each year. The seminar was attended by specialized doctors and a group of students from Arab Medical University interested in this matter, and included several speeches explaining and indicating the importance of periodic detection of blood pressure disease. Some research papers and some new medicines and preparations were presented. Khadija al-Mahdi, the doctor at the center said that the blood pressure and failure of kidneys are related, and must be carefully observed and followed-up. During pregnancies it can lead to the seriousness of the disease.
