Sabha Elementary Court accepts appeal in Sabha municipality elections

A source from Sabha Elementary Court confirmed that on Sunday at 11am, the court issued a decision to accept the appeal in the form presented in the Sabha municipal elections process and on the issue of canceling the elections of the municipality of Sabha held last April.

According to the source, the decision will be published in the next two days. The most prominent reasons are the absence of the role of the Security Directorate to maintain the election process, and the lack of presence to secure the elections.This is a prerequisite in the electoral process. The decision of the Sabha Court of First Instance can be taken to the Supreme Court in the capital Tripoli.
