Workers of the General Company for Paper and Printing protest non-payment of salaries

The workers of the General Company for Paper and Printing staged a protest at the company’s headquarters on Sunday morning to protest the non-payment of their salaries since 2016.
The protesters called in a statement the Presidential Council, the Ministers of Finance and Education and all concerned parties to accelerate payment of their salaries, calling on them to enable the company to print for public institutions, especially school books.
They also demanded the Minister of Education to pay the six-million dinar debt to the company, and the Minister of Finance to expedite the payment of the company’s dues.
