Family marathon and diabetes start in Tripoli

The “Marathon” organized by the National Center for the Treatment of Diabetes and Endocrinology, was launched on Saturday under the slogan “Family and Diabetes” in cooperation with the Ambulance and Health Services Administration in Tripoli. It was attended by a large number of citizens, diabetics and Libyan families.

The marathon program included medical reports, blood pressure measurement, diabetes, height and weight for the participants in the mobile clinics stationed in Shuhada Square. In addition, some tips were given to raise awareness of the disease. Other concentrations were found in four municipalities to conduct the medical statements of the citizens at the same time to celebrate World Sugar Day .
