Activists stress the right of the demonstrators to express their opinion

Activists, dignitaries and sheikhs of the eastern regions extending from Amsaed in the east to Al-Abraq in the west, held a meeting to discuss the current demonstrations.

They affirmed in a statement the right of the demonstrators to express their opinion freely and demand their rights as guaranteed by law.

The statement denounced the sabotage acts by some demonstrators who burned and state properties.

The attendees considered that the sabotage acts are nothing but a conspiracy by some outlaw parties against the elected legislative authority of the Libyan people, according to the statement.
