Holy Qur’an memorizing and reciting competition concluded in Tripoli

The Scouts and Girl Guides Movement in Tripoli concluded the 11th session of the Holy Qur’an memorizing and reciting competition on Sunday.

A number of companies sponsored the five-day competition under the theme “the Holy Qur’an is our life.”

The head of the organizing committee, Mohamed Lagha, told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that 118 people participated in the competition representing about 23 Libyan regions.

He added that there were also competitors from Mauritania and Palestine.
