Weekly update of the local epidemiological situation of the (Corona) virus in Libya

The National Center for Disease Control received 1554 samples during the period from 16-21 April 2022, according to statement No. (682).

After examining the samples with Real Time PCR technology, the results were as follows:

The average number of positive cases (07) cases.

The average number of recovered cases (12)

The average number of deaths (00) cases

The percentage of positive cases (2.7%)

General Statistics:

Total injuries “cumulative number”: 501,904.

Active cases: 4,501.

Recovered: 490,973.

Deaths: 6,430
