Al-Menfi attended COMESA summit in Cairo

The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, participated on Tuesday in the 21st summit of the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA), hosted by the Egypt, with the participation and presence of representatives of the 21 African member states.

The summit was held under the theme “Building Resilience Through Strategic Digital Economic Integration”, with the aim of encouraging the use of digital economy tools to facilitate business practice within COMESA, in addition to enhancing the capacity of the member states to withstand the negative repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic on their economies.
