Al-Menfi held a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister in New York

The head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, held discussions with Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov, on the sidelines of the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

Both sides discussed the latest situations in Libya and proposals to help Libya by the international community.
