The Minister of Transport held discussions with the Maltese Foreign Minister in Tripoli

The Minister of Transport of the National Accord Government, Milad Matouq, held discussions with the Maltese Foreign Minister, Evarist Bartolo, and his accompanying delegation in Tripoli on Thursday.

Matouq said in a statement that the discussions focused on the possibility of strengthening cooperation and the resumption of flights between both countries.

He added that both sides also discussed cooperation in the field of maritime transport and the need to support joint cooperation between the Libyan and Maltese navies, in addition to the possibility of launching a direct sea line between the two countries.
