The Head of the Presidential Council participates in NEPAD meeting

The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohamed Al-Menfi, participated in the virtual meeting of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development “NEPAD”.
Al-Menfi called in his speech for the need to focus on developing and strengthening human resources and maintaining food security, to enable the African countries to confront the epidemiological challenges and emergency natural disasters.
He stressed the importance of involving the financial institutions and strategic partners in developing Africa.
Al-Menfi also called for implementing the outcomes of the extraordinary session of the Summit of Heads of State and Government on Silencing the Guns in Africa, explaining that development will only come by achieving security and stability, leading to sustainable development.
