Libyan Cloud News Agency – Cairo
The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi has affirmed his country’s readiness to support Libya.
“We, as a neighboring country, have an opportunity, and with the experiences we have, we can help our brothers in Libya.” He added during his meeting with Egyptian military officers on Friday.
Al-Sisi added that Egypt has surplus electricity production and it can help Libya by exporting between 1000 to 2000 megawatts, according to Libya’s needs.
A high-level Egyptian delegation headed by the Prime Minister visited Tripoli last Tuesday, during which 11 MoUs for joint cooperation were signed.
