Sanallah receive Kubis to discuss oil-related issues

The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Mustafa Sanallah, received the Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), Jan Kubis, in his office in Tripoli on Tuesday.

Both sides discussed ways to support the NOC and its companies to to run the oil sector and maintain the current production rates.

Kubis expressed deep concern about the challenges facing the NOC, stressing the need to preserve its integrity and unity.

He said that Libya’s natural wealth should benefit all Libyans through transparent management and through the equitable distribution of wealth and provision of public services.
