Libyan Finance Minister attends meeting of African Group of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors

The Minister of Finance of the Government of National Unity, Khaled Al-Mabrouk, participated as the second vice president, in the 2022 Meeting of the African Caucus of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors of African Countries members of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, which kicked off Tuesday in Marrakech, Morocco.

The participants in the meeting discussed economic issues and challenges related to financing development in the African continent and facing the current conditions, as well as ways to facilitate debt relief for African countries and scale up its financing of public investments in Africa’s energy sector.
