A large couscous dish was made in Libya

Libyan Cloud News Agency – Qasr Al-Hajj

A festival was held in Qasr Al-Hajj town in the Nafusa Mountains to make a large couscous dish for the second time in Libya.

14 cooks from different regions of Libya prepared the dish, which was made of 1500 kg of semolina and 100 tons of onion in addition to more than 5000 pieces of camel meat, according to the organizers.

The festival included folk and traditional shows.
