Losses of oil fields and ports closure exceeded eight billion dollars

The National Oil Corporation (NOC) said that the losses of oil fields and ports closure for 208 days have reached 8,221,075,099 dollars.

NOC affirmed that its role lies in supplying money to the Central Bank of Libya through oil sales, and it has nothing to do with the spending mechanism.
