A meeting to discuss the Libyan investment climate held in Tripoli

The Minister of Economy and Trade, Mohamad Al-Hawij, held a meeting in Tripoli with European Union Ambassador to Libya Jose Sabadell and representatives from Expertise France.
The attendees discussed the challenges facing the Libyan private sector, in addition to ways of strengthening the ministry’s capabilities and improving the work environment.
They also analyzed the reality of the Libyan investment climate according to a number of international indicators.
The head of the European Program for Supporting the Private Sector in Libya Mohamed Al-Aswad told the Libyan Cloud News Agency that the results of two projects were presented; the first project was analyzing the reality of the Libyan business environment and the problems and difficulties it faces, and the second one is related to the competitive reality of the Libyan economy.
