Tripoli Carnival started

The organizing committee of Tripoli Carnival for Shopping, Entertainment and Culture held a press conference to talk about the activities of the carnival, which began on Saturday.

 The head of the committee, Islam Makhzoom, said that the carnival aims to promote and consolidate Libyan culture and identity, and to highlight the image of Tripoli.

She stated that the activities of the carnival include a half marathon and shopping events in several areas of Tripoli, in addition to traditional Maluf music concerts and art exhibitions.
